Our fee terms, in plain English
- Monthly fees are paid by Direct Debit, in advance. One-off work is paid when you order
- No long-term contract. Leave with 30 days' notice
- Your monthly fee is fixed for 12 months, then reviewed once a year, with any increase capped at 10% unless your business has changed
- Official fees, such as the £50 Companies House confirmation statement fee, are passed on at cost with no mark-up

What is a registered office address?
It's your company's official address, shown on the public register at Companies House, where HMRC and Companies House send official letters.
How often is post scanned?
Once a week. Scans are emailed to you, so check your email regularly, especially around filing deadlines.
Can you send me the original letter?
Yes. Originals are forwarded on request for £5 per item plus VAT, plus postage at cost.
Can I use a PO box?
No. A registered office must be an appropriate address where documents will come to the company's attention. A PO box doesn't meet that rule.
What is a service address?
It's the address shown publicly for each director. Using ours keeps your home address private.
Can I use the address for trading or customers?
No. The address is for official post only and can't be used as a trading address or for visitors.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. You'll need to change your registered office before the service ends, and we can file the change for you.
