Our fee terms, in plain English
- Monthly fees are paid by Direct Debit, in advance. One-off work is paid when you order
- No long-term contract. Leave with 30 days' notice
- Your monthly fee is fixed for 12 months, then reviewed once a year, with any increase capped at 10% unless your business has changed
- Official fees, such as the £50 Companies House confirmation statement fee, are passed on at cost with no mark-up

Is the price I build here the price I pay?
Yes, as long as the details you choose match your business. We confirm everything in writing before we start, and if anything needs to change we'll tell you first.
What is the PDF?
After you send your package, you can download a PDF copy with your reference, the services you chose and the monthly price. It's for your records and isn't a contract.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. You can add or remove extras at any time. We'll confirm the new monthly fee in writing before it applies.
What if my business type isn't listed?
Choose the closest option and tell us more in step 4. We work with many other structures, including charities and community interest companies.
Are Companies House fees included?
Our work is included. Official fees charged by Companies House, such as the confirmation statement fee, are passed on at cost with no mark-up.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You pay monthly by Direct Debit and can leave with 30 days' notice.
