Pricing FAQs

What's included in every package?

Every package includes a qualified accountant, unlimited questions by phone, email and video, all the filings listed for your tier, HMRC and Companies House dealt with for you, and reminders before every deadline. Limited company packages also include free company formation.

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at 20%. Use the switch at the top of the page to see prices including VAT.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. You pay monthly by Direct Debit, with no long-term contract. You can leave with 30 days' notice, and we'll hand your records to your new accountant.

Can your prices change?

Your fee is fixed for 12 months. After that we review it once a year and tell you about any change at least 30 days in advance. Any increase is capped at 10% unless your business has changed, and you can leave without penalty if you don't accept it.

What happens if my business grows?

If you register for VAT, take on staff or move into Making Tax Digital, we'll move you to the right tier and confirm the new fee in writing before it applies. There are no surprise charges.

Are there any extra charges?

Only for things outside your tier, such as extra employees, additional partners or one-off jobs, and all of those are priced on this page. We'll always agree the price with you before starting.

Can you catch up previous years?

Yes. Accounts or tax returns for earlier years are priced as one-off work, from the catch-up price shown above, and agreed before we start.

How do I pay?

By monthly Direct Debit in advance. One-off work is paid when you place the order. You'll receive a VAT invoice for every payment.
